I’m Niña Elah Subano, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at West Visayas State University. My passion for nurturing young minds drives my commitment to creating positive and engaging learning environments that support children's developmental growth.
Philosophical Statement
I firmly believe in "learning by doing" and "learning through play," as experiences shape and enhance one's potential. Children learn best by interacting with their environment, constructing their own knowledge through exploration. As an early childhood educator, my goal is to redefine early learning, enabling children to discover the world from various perspectives. I strive to create an environment rich in resources and opportunities for challenge and exploration, fostering holistic development and multiple intelligences. By incorporating hands-on, play-based, and multiple intelligences activities, I aim to help children acquire essential life skills, build social relationships, and become well-rounded individuals and to inspire a love for life and learning, preparing them to be future global leaders equipped with 21st-century skills.
